Client Service Policies

**PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING**

 

**NO INFILLS FROM OTHER SALONS**

 

**NO GUESTS AT YOUR APPOINTMENT. YOU MUST COME ALONE**

  no friends, no partners, no children and no animals

 

CANCELLATION/CHANGE OF APPOINTMENT POLICY:

Booking fees are non-refundable BUT can be transferrable if you would like to change your appointment outside of the 48 hour time frame. Any cancellations or changes made within 48 hours will result in loss of booking fee. If you cancel within 8 hours of your appointment you will be charge 100% of the appointment cost, this will be charged to your card on file. No exceptions. If your card on file declines you will be sent an invoice that must be paid before another appointment is booked. If you continuously cancel and change  you will be asked to pre pay your appointments.

LATE POLICY:

If you are late to your appointment this will cut into your service time so the client booked after your is not inconvenienced. You will still be charged the full service amount.

 

NO SHOW POLICY:

If you no show for your scheduled appointment you will lose your booking fee and will be required to pay the remaining of the appointment fee. Regular clients- To book any future appointments you will be asked to pay in full prior to your appointment. New Clients- You will no longer be able to book any appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

PAYMENTS:

After your non refundable booking fee is paid, the remainder of the payment will be paid on the day. Cash or eftpos.

 

REFILLS:

Please book your refills accordingly, there is a detailed description in the service category of what refill you will require to create a full set. If you don't book the correct refill this may result in your set not looking as full as you'd like. The less lashes you have left the more time I require to get them full. Anything less than 40% of lashes remaining will be a full set and you will be charged accordingly. You should expect to have refills every 2-3/3.5 weeks. Usually anything over this time will be a full set.

 

ARRIVING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT:

Please arrive to your appointment with makeup free lashes (NO MASCARA!) avoid wearing any foundations, powders, moisturises or serums as this can act as a barrier and it may affect the bond of the extensions and your natural lashes resulting in poor retention (YOUR LASHES WILL NOT LAST). NO WATERPROOF MASCARA at least 2 weeks before your lash extension appointment. If you're having a spray tan please do so 2-3 days BEFORE your appointment. Following these instructions will be in your best interest for maximising your retention. This is extremely important. For all other services please arrive makeup free.
